Important academic credit deadlines

Students interested in using an internship for academic credit are responsible for meeting compliance documentation deadlines.

Forms are found and submitted in the MyCHS Opportunities database. All documentation submissions are reviewed by the Experiential Learning team.

Pre-Internship Petition
Due eight weeks before the start of a term. 

Required for any internships found outside of the MyCHS Opportunities database in order for our team to start the contracting process.  

Required for any internship opportunities at a current place of employment.

Internship Learning Agreement:
Due one week before the start of a term.

Required to approve student internship goals and confirm supervisor information.
